Very good service, excellent breakfast. Very helpful and kind staff. I needed to extend my stay for two more nights and they gave me a very reasonable price.

Buy the "I amsterdam" card. It gives you free entrance to all museums, free use of public transport and discount to many places. Very useful.

Everything good especially the service, nice breakfast. Hotel room a bit tired could do with decorating. You can get several trams to the end of the street from the train station or a 15 min walk, just ask any of the staff at the station.

A decent Hotel in a decent location. Certainly not in the more seedy parts of the city. I stayed with my wife and 8 year old son and was pleasantly surprised with how easy it was to enjoy the real Amsterdam from the Hotel. It's canal side location gives it that authentic european feel! Facilities are great - grand but not too posh.!
Top Tip
Travel by taxi to the hotel if you want to avoid the red light district - do not walk in the direction of central station from the hotel if you want to avoid the red light district - use the canal bus to get around ... excellent value for money!
